Woodmart is a great theme. the support is amazing but I would love if u add urgency checkbox so u distinguish the urgent topics

What would stop everyone from clicking this checkbox? After all, everyone believes their issue is more important than others and wants to get a response as quickly as possible. As a result, 99% of people would click the checkbox, making the idea behind this functionality meaningless. In my opinion, if such a feature were to be implemented, it should be paid (5 bucks for urgency, just kidding 😊), but in the end, neither clients nor developers would like this idea.
