Widget Layered Nav on all categories EXCEPT "[category A, category B...]

In the Widgets > Layered Nav, we have the ability to show the widget in "all categories" but please provide us the ability to select "all categories except [select categories where it shall NOT be displayed]". Because most of the time, if we wanna make use of restrictions to categories it’s because the widget appears in a place where we DONT want it to appear.
