Update Stock Progress Bar View (another view)

Hey Team, I want you to ask about getting a new view of the stock progress bar. I know the topic about it (https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/products-stock-progress-bar/) and I am wondering why we should show the client our number of sold products. I wish we had a view like big players show how many percentage is already sold out (like https://morenutrition.de/ - it shows "Order now, theres only 10% left") or you can see it on this plugin page (https://greenshiftwp.com/stock-progress-bar-woocommerce/) which is showing you the numbers in percentage.
