Update checkout template to allow payment options when using subscriptions
Currently if you use the themes checkout template instead of the woo default and use subscription plugins it does not show payment options because the template does not have the correct hooks required. Surely this should be as standard?
This is error it shows 'There are no payment methods available. This may be an error on our side. Please contact us if you need any help placing your order.'
Please update theme checkout templates to fix this issue.
