Switch to WP Forms., away from CF7

Hi, the CF7 author has issued an statement about the [your-email] element being unsafe and vulnerable. CF7 also has far worse reviews than WP Forms. I don't personally mind using either one, but it seems like switching to WP Forms in the theme is a better option.
