Sticky "Buy Now" button at bottom, "Back" Button in header and "Ask a question" on the product page

1. Sticky "Buy Now" button with sticky "Add to cart" button specific in mobile 2. Also add a Back (< ) button or icon option in header like mobile apps, which follow as per user session activity history 3. "Ask a question" button on product with a form on tap with product image These functions will give us more mobile app user experience.
