Sort the list of HTML Blocks alphabetically by default

1) Open the WordPress backend 2) Go to HTML Blocks 3) Check the list of your HTML Blocks Currently, the list of HTML Blocks is listed from the newest created to the oldest created. Change this, so that it follows the same behavior as the Pagesn meaning that all are listed alphabetically by default (and not by creation date).
