Settings to hide Reviews listing if there are no reviews. Hide Reviews submit form if the user has no permission.

Please add a setting not to display the reviews listing if there are no reviews to be displayed. (on product page) Please also add a setting not to display the reviews form if the user has no permission to submit reviews. A simply 'login to review' button would suffice for guests. For logged in users that have no permission to review, its best to not display the review submit form at all. Currently the reviews block shows an empty reviews listing if there are no reviews. And if the user has no permission the reviews submit form is still displayed, but with a warning that the user has no permission. This wastes a lot of valuable space on the product page.
