See every contact ever been signing up for a Waitlist

Contacts that use the waitlist have a very specific interest in a product. It would be good to be able to reuse those contacts, e.g. by adding it to a special newsletter list The problem: the list is not permanent, whenever the respective product becomes available again, the email is triggered, and the Waitlist of the product is emptied out. I have not really a chance to get those contacts, and those can be valuable contacts
