Request for a Feature to Create Product Lists for Special Occasions
Hello,
Would it be possible to add a feature to create product lists for special occasions (such as Black Friday, New Year, etc.)? The selected products could be chosen either from the admin panel or an additional section within the product itself. The behavior of these product lists should be similar to entering a category, with filtering options enabled. This could be managed through a panel or an additional module. Currently, we achieve this manually by assigning product tags (for example, "New Year") and sharing the link with that tag, but this requires adding the tag to each product individually. Additionally, the mismatch with other tags creates visual inconsistencies.

In my opinion, the described feature sounds overly excessive, especially considering that it would possible require adding an entirely new "product list" post type to enable the display of such products on the site product archive page. If you are not satisfied with regular categories or tags (which were specifically added to provide the functionality you’re describing), I recommend trying a third option: adding a custom attribute to the products. You can configure this attribute not to display on the product page by toggling a checkbox "Visible on the product page", but you will still have the ability to filter products based on it.
