Can you please add a feature so you can add widget of recently viewed/products promote in cart after the customer opens it, it could lead to potential conversation for a sale.

This functionality is already available. It can be created using the Cart Layout Builder along with the Product element with the “Recently Viewed Products” filter enabled.
