More Filters for Free Gifts - For Example New Users Only

It'd be great to be able to have some more specific filters for the free gifts rather than only for specific products and over/under a certain cart total.For example we currently use another plugin to give a free gift to first time customers who order ofer £50. I'd love to use the Woodmart free gift setting but I can't do that at the moment as I can't set it for first time buyers only.Thanks!
