Making the "Proceed to Checkout" and "Place Order" Buttons Sticky on Mobile Devices

We’d like the 'Proceed to Checkout' and 'Place Order' buttons to be sticky on mobile devices in Woodmart. They should stay at the bottom of the screen as users scroll, making checkout quick and easy.
