Let’s style button outlines by adding border styles to buttons settings

Could we get also border styling within the theme to be able to style outline buttons as well? Right now, if I need an outline button, I think I must apply custom CSS. I don’t have a problem with custom CSS in general, it’s just sometimes confusing when things a spread out, e.g. partly in WoodMart settings, partly in custom CSS, partly perhaps somewhere completely different.
