In Timeline widget, allow us to define all settings on per-item basis (rather than same setting for all items of the Timeline)

Lots of settings are missing for the Timeline widgets in terms of styles. This widget is too limited. One example is the fact that some settings are forced to be identical for the entire timeline items, rather than allowing us to customize more setting on per-item basis. In the screenshot, I don't want to add shadow for Secondary section but it's impossible because the shadow is defined for the entire Timeline widget.
