In the "Marquee" widget, allow us to define a "delay" (in seconds) before starting the horizontal scroll
On mobile, if we start the scrolling immediately on pageload we may be missing the beginning of the first words. Allow us to define a "delay" before we start the horizontal scrolling of the Marquee.
