In Header Builder, allow us to hide the "count" on widgets if quantity equals 0
In the Header Builder, if you add a Cart / Compare / Favorites widget, you get this "count" displayed on the icon.
However, if the count equals 0, then there is no need to show the count.
If there is something inside (not equal to 0), then display count.
