Header Builder > Drag element between Desktop & Mobile

It's currently impossible to drag an element built on desktop into the mobile view (and vice versa). > Either allow us to drag elements between desktop & mobile > OR allow us to duplicate elements ACROSS views so if I'm in desktop, I want to duplicate in mobile and if I'm in mobile, I want to duplicate in desktop
