Have alternate image option for category icon

Currently the category icons only support one image. We sometimes use a dark header and sometimes use a light header for our website so we need to use black icons for our light header and light icons for our dark header. There is also an issue that when we are using a dark background header our category icons have to be white. However, the mobile navmenu is only white bg so the white icons get lost on the mobile menu
