From-To Time Display for Header Banner

Would it be possible to add an option to set the banner display time (from-to) in Theme Settings > Header Banner? I would appreciate the ability to set the banner to display automatically on a specific date and hide it once the event is over. That way, I wouldn’t have to monitor it manually.Thank you.
