Feature Request: SMS Review Reminders & Better Multi-Product Review UX
It would be great to expand WoodMart’s Review Reminder feature with two improvements:
1. SMS Review Reminders
Add SMS as an additional channel alongside the existing email reminder.
Ideally, WoodMart could provide hooks/API integration so third-party SMS plugins and local SMS gateways can send review reminders without modifying the theme.
Suggested options:
• Enable Email / SMS / Both
• Configurable delay after order completion
• Custom SMS message and review link
• Hooks for third-party SMS providers
2. Multi-Product Order Review Page
For orders containing multiple products, sending customers to each product separately creates unnecessary friction.
A better solution would be a single review page containing all products from the order, where customers can:
• Rate each product independently
• Skip products they don't want to review
• Add an optional written review
• Expand additional fields such as Pros & Cons only when needed
• Submit reviews for multiple products at once
For example:
Product A — ★★★★★ — Add comment
Product B — Skip
Product C — ★★★★☆ — Add comment
Submit 2 Reviews
This could significantly improve review completion rates, especially for stores where customers frequently purchase many products in a single order.
Most importantly, all submitted reviews should remain native WooCommerce product reviews, fully compatible with WoodMart's existing review features and UI.
