Estimated Delivery Rules Logic - AND - OR

Currently the rules in an estimate delivery rule are OR based. For example if we said we want a backorder item to have a 7 - 14 day lead time we can include backorder items. However if then wanted to apply that rule to one particular brand of products that on order back order the two rules work with OR logic. It would be nice if we can set it to be AND, so that the rule finds a backorder item from one brand and applies the rule.Currently it just applies it against anything with the brand regardless of if it is backorder or not.
