Estimate delivery date

It would be great if the "estimated delivery date" functionality included the option to set a cut-off time for the customer to place an order, so that shipping would take place on the same day, and the order would be delivered the next day (in line with the functionality schedule). So, for example, if the customer places and pays for an order on working days by 1:00 p.m., delivery will take place on the next working day or, depending on the selected delivery method, on Saturday.

This will only work with custom product layout?

I took help from Chatgpt and created custom code to show Estimated Delivery date during checkout and cart but I am now struggling to capture this detail on order confirmation as well as on order email but no matter what I do, it's not working. Besides, I am also looking for to show estimated delivery date product page itself but not able to make it to work.
