Estimate Delivery - Feed the date to Google Shopping

I understand that the estimate delivery is based on a users location etc with shipping zones. However, it would be great if we could feed the raw future date for a backorder item to Google Shopping as they are now requiring any backorder items to have an availability date sent via the feed. It would be good if we could have it stored in the database so it can be fed to the availability_date field in Google Merchant Center.
