Dynamic visibility: show/hide/highlight content if condition(s) are met. (device, location, role, etc)

We all know the example of only displaying prices to logged in users or approved customers. Or blocks to persuade guests to register an account. But we also want to display content blocks or images only if the user is logged in or not, or is located in certain countries. Or a combination of such OR if any of the conditions is met. For example: we may want to hide content to some countries. We may want to display content to users in other locations. Woodmart already adds some display conditions, but quite often we still need plugins like JetEngine to display or highlight elements or widgets depending on criteria.
