Displaying the availability of variable products when filtering

Recently, we discovered an incorrect product filtering logic, namely variable products. We noticed that if you set the "In stock" checkbox in the product filtering settings and select a size such as "44" (Which is not in the list), then filtering will occur and the product that has the size "44" in variations will still be displayed, even though this particular product does not have this size available.
This is inconvenient in terms of user experience. When the user sets the filtering parameters, he expects to see up-to-date information. But at the moment, the user will have to enter the product, face the absence of the product, although he has a different expectation that the product is in stock
