Per-rule "Maximum Gifts in an Order"
At the moment “Maximum Gifts in an Order” is available only as a global setting in Theme Options. It would be very helpful to have the same limit inside each Gift rule (per-rule / per-threshold limit).
This would allow customers to choose from multiple gift options without being able to add all of them when multiple rules are active.
Example scenario (real case):
We created 4 rules for one client:
- Spend €25 → customer can choose 1 gift from 5 options
- Spend €50 → customer can choose 3 gifts
- Spend €75 → customer can choose 5 gifts
- Spend €100 → customer can choose 8 gifts (from 8 options)
Right now, I’m forced to set “Maximum Gifts in an Order” = 8 globally, otherwise the €100 tier won’t work.
But this causes an issue: customers who spend less than €100 can still add up to 8 gifts, which is not intended.
If we could set the maximum gifts per rule, we could set:
1 gift at €25, 3 at €50, 5 at €75, and 8 at €100 without using a global limit that breaks lower tiers.
Is it possible to add a per-rule maximum (or any workaround you recommend)?
