Create a new category of settings "Custom Codes"

inside this category, we would have - Custom CSS - Custom JS - Custom Headers (NEW) - Custom Footers (NEW) - Custom PHP Functions (NEW) and it would be good if for each new header, footer, php function, there was a way to "ENABLE"/"DISABLE" and add title to each custom code.
