Changing Customer Reviews Page Shouldn't Require a Full Page Reload

When clicking through to the next page of a product's customer reviews the whole page has to be reloaded. It would be nice if the review section alone could be loaded for the new review page without having to reload the whole page. I understand that this is probably the way woocommerce natively works but surely there is a workaround?
