Back-in-Stock label and product query

In theme settings add a Back-In-Stock time limit "30 days" to get the items where stock changed from zero in the past 30 days. Then in the Elementor product grid element add "Back in Stock" as a data source and a "Back-in-stock" product label. I am currently hooking into some of the existing functions in the theme to do this but a built-in solution would be good.
