Always allow customer to leave a review if they click on link in Reviews reminder email.

Most customers dont even have an account, so they cannot login. They receive an review reminder email but they cannot even leave a review. This is buggy behavior.  We can set if we want only verified customers to leave a review or not. If set this to no then we will get a mass of spam from guests. But if we set it to only verified customers then customers must login to an account and its not clear to customers. This can be solved by adding a login link parameter to the link in the email. Automatically log the user in or give the user permission to leave the review.
