Advanced Dynamic discounts controls

I love this feature but I currently work with a vendor that requires discounted prices only be shown in the checkout not the shopping cart. If there was a way to toggle the cart on or off including the mini cart that would be an amazing upgrade to this feature for those that deal with MSRP or MAP restrictions.
