Adding widgets Top Progress Bar to Websites

Hi please add widgets Top Progress Bar to Websites feature to the theme. and it be possible to add a few different styles for the theme's Scroll to Top Button with Progress Bar, similar to the examples below. Furthermore, if this feature were combined with the estimated reading time—for instance, by calculating the reading duration based on the word count of the page—it would be absolutely fantastic.
