adding a custom button to the product archive pgae

Hide Add to Cart Button: I would like to hide the "Add to Cart" button from the product archive page (shop page). Add Custom Button: Instead of the "Add to Cart" button, I would like to add a custom button. This button should: Be labeled with a custom name of my choosing (e.g., "Select", "Learn More", etc.). Link to a specific page that I will specify. This custom button should be positioned where the "Add to Cart" button is currently located.
