Add Vimeo support for Video Background sections (WPBakery / Woodmart)

Currently Woodmart only supports YouTube videos and self hosted video for background sections in WPBakery. Unfortunately YouTube now displays unwanted UI overlays such as play/pause and previous/next controls during load and autoplay, even when controls=0 is used.This creates visual issues on professional hero sections and landing pages.We would like native Vimeo background video support similar to YouTube background support.
