Add “Product Highlights Overlay” inside Single Product Image (like Myntra)
Hello Woodmart Team,
I would like to request a new WooCommerce feature for the Woodmart theme. Feature Name: “Product Highlights Overlay in Product Gallery”
Description:
Please add an option to display product attributes / custom fields as an overlay box directly on the single product main image, similar to the “Key Highlights” section used on Myntra.
Example of Required Display
Inside the product main image area, show items like:
Fit, Waist Rise, Stretch, Material, Etc
The block should appear as a semi-transparent background card positioned over the image (left/right bottom), exactly like popular e-commerce apps (Myntra, Ajio, Amazon Fashion, etc.).
Why This Feature Is Important
Increases conversions by showing key details instantly
Modern UX trend in fashion e-commerce
Users don’t need to scroll down for basic specifications
Helps stores highlight important attributes meaningfully
Suggested Implementation
Enable/disable through Theme Settings → Single Product
Select attributes to show
Custom placement (top-left / center-left / bottom-left)
Custom background opacity
Automatic data from product attributes or ACF
This feature will greatly improve the product page experience for fashion stores.
