Add Option to Show Random or Related Products in “Frequently Bought Together”
Description:
Currently, the “Frequently Bought Together” feature in Woodmart requires manual product selection (or specific logic) for grouping items. It would be extremely helpful to have an option in the theme’s settings to automatically display either random products or products related by category/tags. This would:
Improve Cross-Selling: Show unexpected or related items that customers might be interested in.
Save Time: Eliminate the need to manually set up “Frequently Bought Together” groups for every product.
Increase Engagement: By dynamically cycling through items, customers see fresh recommendations over time.
Proposed Settings/Implementation:
Toggle in Theme Settings → Theme Settings → Single Product → Frequently Bought Together
Mode: Manual | Related | Random
Number of Products: 3, 4, or 5 products to display
Related Logic:
By default, match by shared category or tags.
Optionally allow brand or attribute matching if the theme uses brand/attribute taxonomies.
Random Logic:
Pull from the same category to maintain relevance, or storewide for variety.
“Exclude current product” so it doesn’t reappear in the list.
Benefit to Users:
Streamlines setup (no manual linking).
Provides variety and can boost sales by showing unexpected combos.

I liked this suggestion, especially since I have a store with more than 9 thousand items, this would be much easier to manage in my case.
