The Abandonded Cart facility is great - but it needs to be tweaked
The wording on the Abandonded Cart email does not fit with what we would say. We should be able to edit this.
"We just wanted to remind you that those great finds are still waiting for you!" sounds very generic
Also we wouldn't say "We're eager to get these items to you. Don't miss out on them!"
And if a customer presses "If you don't want to receive any further notification, please unsubscribe" it is not clear that it is only for abandoned carts - I had a customer who thought it was also for newsletters.
That wording needs to be changed.
